Over time and use, you may notice small pieces of yarn appearing above the surface of your rug. This is referred to as "sprouting" of the yarns.
Sprouting is a normal characteristic of your rug and may appear through the life of your rug.
Sprouting will not affect the rug's beauty, durability or overall life.
In the event that sprouts of yarn appear on the surface of your rug, carefully clip individual pieces of yarn so that they are the same level as the rug's pile.
Because it may damage your rug, do not attempt to pull yarn sprouts.
